Weekly Readings, January 20-26, 2013

During the 3rd week of January I read:
Genesis chapters 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28
Psalm chapters 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99
Luke chapters 21, 22, 23, 24
John 1, 2, 3,

I began a Precept study of John this past Wednesday night. I'll be camped out in John heavily over the next couple of weeks. These first two weeks are literally picking sentences apart looking for certain words etc., so far I've read the first three chapters of John......several times.

I began memorizing John 3:17 before I began the study of John in Precepts. I'm memorizing Scripture along with LPM (Beth Moore's blog). The goal is to memorize 2 per month for a total of 24 in a year. In 2011 I memorized 18, didn't quite make it to 24.

"For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."John 3:17 NKJV

Are you reading your Bible?

of all the reading that we do our Bible reading is of the most beneficial to us. I have been so busy I forgot to log my reading for the week. Hope you have a great study in John. I am in Romans all year. Reading it in several versions, doing different studies by different authors, what ever I can find in Romans. Come see me some time. :)
